With a long history in the telecommunications and information services sector, Esteban Lescano has deep and extensive knowledge of regulatory matters in the Internet, technology and new media sectors. Between 1999 and 2006 he began his professional career at the Aguiar & Marsiglia Studio.

In addition, he has extensive experience in the ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) sector, with participation in advising local and international companies in the field of start-up processes, mergers and acquisitions, development of new products, public and regulatory affairs, among others.

He was also Director of Legal Affairs at DATCO SA, a company with a solid track record and development in the Telecommunications and Information Technology market.

Dr. Lescano graduated from the Faculty of Law with Distinction at the Universidad Austral, where he also completed a Postgraduate Degree in Telecommunications Law. He has a Master's Degree in Business Law awarded by the Francisco de Victoria University of Spain and the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid, and is a former scholarship recipient of the Carolina Foundation of Spain.

Among his extensive academic activity, he participated as a professor in the Postgraduate Course in Telecommunications Law of the Austral University, professor by competition of the subject of Media Law of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the UBA and the subject of Contracts and Agreements of the Faculty of Law of the Austral University.

Likewise, Dr. Esteban Lescano has participated as a guest speaker in countless National and International Congresses, Seminars and Conferences on different topics in the field of new information technologies and telecommunications.

Mariana Etcheverry

Mariana Etcheverry has solid experience as a Specialized Consultant in High Technology Law and advising private and public companies on issues related to information and communication technologies.

From 2001 to 2007 he developed his professional career at the Aguiar & Marsiglia Studio.

With extensive professional training in the field of law and then strong experience in the field of Commercial and Corporate Law, Dr. Etcheverry specializes in Computer and Broadcasting Law, in the practice areas related to Property Defense Intellectual, Consumer Rights and the Defense of Competition.

She is a Lawyer, graduated from the University of Belgrano. In addition to her Master's Degree in Business Law at the Universidad Austral, she has participated as a guest speaker in different Congresses, Seminars and Conferences, both national and international, on different topics in the field of new information technologies and telecommunications.

Likewise, he collaborates and advises on regulatory framework and competition/antitrust law issues for a wide spectrum of media outlets.

Florencia Szew

Florencia Szew is a Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Likewise, he has studied Telecommunications Law at the Argentine Association of Telecommunications Law, completing the annual course offered by said Association in 2012.
